You can do it simply with notepad.
Step 1
Go to save games location (This is the path for Windows 10, for Windows 7 or other it might be slightly different)
C:\Users\Your_Nick\Saved Games\wolcen\savegames
Step 2
Now open playerdata.json with notepad and find text CompletedStory, change value to true.
